Williams-Sonoma locations will host complimentary technique classes on Sundays in February. The schedule is as follow:
Feb. 10 — A Taste of ABC’s The Taste
Guests will sample dishes from ABC’s new show The Taste
Feb. 17 – Making the Perfect Omelette
Learn how to make an omelette during this hands-on class (both rolled and open-faced omelettes). You how to beat the omelettes (say goodbye to overbeating) and lear how to add fillings.
Feb. 24 – Making Ravioli
Learn how to make ravioli at home. Attendees will learn how to create fresh pasta sheets, delicious fillings, stuff and seal ravioli and make a simple sauce.
