Williams-Sonoma at The Gardens Mall is hosting a complimentary technique class on January 27, 2013 at 10:30 am. Attendees will explore the exotic foods of Morocco, learn about classic flavor profiles — a combination of sweet, sour and spicy — and understand how to use spices like harissa and ras el hanout in their dishes.
