Bolay, known as the build-your-own superfoods restaurant, is celebrating National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day with free food, that is, if you’re law enforcement. Members of law enforcement can stop by a Bolay location anytime on January 9 and enjoy a free small bowl. Just come dressed in uniform or by showing your badge.
Law Enforcement can select a base for the bowl like Gluten-Free Cilantro Noodles, Peruvian Quinoa, and Marinated Kale & Currant Salad; a protein like Ponzy-Tuna, Caribbean Spiced Steak, Lemon Chicken and Miso-Glazed Tofu; and vegan-friendly sides like Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Smoky Cauliflower and Cajun Sweet Potatoes — and a sauce and toppings.
If you’re not law enforcement, you can still stop by and purchase a bowl for yourself to enjoy.
