Where do you go for your favorite sushi? If you steer clear of Palm Beach because you think it is too pricey, why not check out Echo during their Happy Hour? Sushi and drinks are all half price from 5:30 – 7:00 pm Wednesday through Friday (bottled wine not included). Happy Hour prices for rolls range from $4 (for a California Roll) to $11.50 (for a Lobster Roll). Most will be about $6 or $7 including their Rainbow Roll, Spider Roll and the Echo Tempura Shrimp Roll. Drinks (martinis and specialty drinks) will come out to be between $5 – $7 and it will be between $4-$9 for a glass of wine.
