Dr. Jodi Schoenhaus of Boca is only one of the many centers who will be participating in the annual early detection program. The screening includes the following;
An ultrasound scan, which determines blockages in the veins and determine if the legs are working properly.
A physical exam, where legs will be evaluated for sigs of venous problems.
And a comprehensive questionnaire which helps determine risk factors.
