Whole Foods in Wellington is offering a free yoga class for kids (ages 5-9). This class presented by Moksha Yoga Studio, teaches your young ones playful yoga movements that are fun and child-friendly. These movements will improve your children’s strength, flexibility and coordination. Yoga mats will be available for your use, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
