From the ever-popular yoga classes to Zumba Gold, there’s something that will get everyone’s heart up and running. Lunch Time Roll: Rollology

Strengthen your core and learn a new stretching technique during the weekly rollology classes in the auditorium.
Thursdays, 10:30 AM
Bring your mat for weekly pilates classes in the auditorium.
Beginner Tai Chi

Learn the practice of Tai Chi in the auditorium.
Dance Classes with Eliseo Ruiz

Intermediate & Advanced Tai Chi

Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Babies & Toddlers

Move your baby at free yoga classes for babies (up to 24 months) who are walking or crawling. Sign up at desk, space is limited.
Qigong Fitness Class
Tuesdays, 2:00 PM
Join instructor John Daetwyler and learn Qigong, a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times. Qigong involves stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.

Enjoy Zumba at a more moderate pace on Wednesdays in the auditorium. This class offers modified, low-impact moves perfect for active older adults.
