Are you looking to take some fitness classes, but don’t have the extra money to spend? Then, you’re going to want to read closely, as the Mandel Public Library is the place to be. Thanks to a grant obtained by the WPB Library Foundation from the Quantum Foundation, the library continues to offer free fitness classes nearly everyday of the week. From the ever-popular yoga classes to Zumba Gold, there’s something that will get everyone’s heart up and running. So, go ahead, read on and make plans to attend one of these fitness classes in downtown West Palm Beach.

Salsa and Bachata
Wednesdays, 7:00 – 8:00 PM
Bring your dance shoes and bachata with Eliseo!
Saturdays from 1-2 p.m.
Make music and exercise at the same time! This fun and energetic class is for all levels.
Essentrics Exercise Class
Wednesdays, 6:00—7:00 PM
Join Jan Bostic for this stretching class! Essentrics is a dynamic, full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles.
22-Minute Hard Corp Workout
Wednesdays from 12-12:30 and 12:30-1 p.m.
Join Marie-Elena Aruta, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, for 22 minutes for 8 weeks (thru February 28) and you will learn how to get great results in a short period of time with a challenging, but simple-to-follow CORPS workout program created by legendary trainer Tony Horton and inspired by military training techniques.
Lunch Time Roll: Rollology

Wednesdays, 2:00 PM
Enjoy Zumba at a more moderate pace on Wednesdays in the auditorium. This class offers modified, low-impact moves perfect for active older adults.
