Downtown Lake Worth will be transformed into a work of art at this year’s Street Painting Festival — the largest street painting festival in the country. This annual 2-day event brings together more than 600 street artists creating paintings on the pavement, 100,000 art lovers visiting the scene, live music, food and snack concessions and more. The artists at this year’s festival will display their talents on the asphalt, using only chalk — and it truly is an awesome site. This event is perfect for the entire family, so if you’re looking for something to do this weekend, this one is not to be missed.

While there are a variety food stations are set up along Lake and Lucerne, we recommend stopping at Social House (512 Lucerne Ave). They’ll be selling some bao buns from Chef Emerson Frisbie, along with Piña Coladas served in pineapples.
