Blue Martini is too easy to like, especially if a martini is your drink of choice. From 4 to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday, you will enjoy 50% off drinks and a discounted food menu. If you’re a lady, and get a VIP card (and arrive before 9 p.m.), you’ll enjoy your first martini gratis. Plus, they have other specials and live music most nights.

BRIO Tuscan Grille recently kicked off a new happy hour promotion, called BAR BRIOSO. Monday through Friday, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. until closing, bar patrons can enjoy nine “plate” options and a variety of drink specials, all priced between $4 and $6. The plates menu includes a Tomato Margherita Flatbread, Eggplant Fries, the BRIO Burger and Black Pepper Shrimp, while the discounted drink specials include select specialty martinis, sangria, mojitos, four Porta Palo wines and Peroni beer.

While Cafe Boulud might not be your first thought for Happy Hour, they truly offer an elegant experience with special prices — you can be assured that they’ll never lack on quality. This sophisticated landmark in Palm Beach offers Happy Hour specials from 4:00 – 7:30 p.m. every day of the week in the lounge area. Select specialty cocktails, wines by the glass, beers and premium liquors are offered at happy hour pricing. Be sure to check with the bartenders or your server on what this includes. In addition, you can savor selections from their bar bites menu. When you order one item, it will cost you $8. If you add some variety and order three, you can get them all for just $15.

While going out for dinner at Cut 432 is probably not an everyday occurrence, experiencing the Social Hour certainly can be. This modern American steakhouse, known for USDA Prime dry-aged beef, seafood specialties and American classics, offers a chic environment and an ideal setting to gather after work with friends or to enjoy an intimate dinner. For those opting for more of the bar scene (arrive early as the bar area is quite small), a trip to Cut 432 for Social Hour will delight your senses. From 5 to 7 p.m. seven days a week, customers can mingle in the intimate bar setting and enjoy $3 glasses of house wine, $4 tap beers and house spirits and $5 specialty cocktails. Food items are also available at a discounted price of $5 and include Pancetta Brussels Sprouts; Deviled Eggs; Ceviche; Mini Burgers; Truffled Mac ’n Cheese and more.

If you’re looking for a happy hour with a tropical theme and a waterfront setting, head over to Deck 84 in Delray Beach. This casual, modern American restaurant offers Happy Hour pricing from 11:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday through Friday at the bar. These specials include 50% off half-priced draft beer, house wine, mixed and frozen drinks priced under $15 and a special $5 Happy Hour food menu. Think pulled pork sliders, chicken wings, deviled eggs, sausage and apple flatbread, hummus and pita, Deck 84 truffle fries and mussels from 3 to 7 p.m.

When you’re looking for an elegant, yet hip destination for Happy Hour, head straight to Echo. Owned by The Breakers, Echo offers first-class service like you would see at the luxury resort in an 0ff-site venue. From 5 to 6:30 p.m., happy hour guests will enjoy half-price sushi and drinks in The Dragonfly Lounge or outside patio. (Specials not available Dec. 24-Jan. 1.) Some exclusions apply.

This popular stomping ground offers a funky, laid-back setting — with both indoor and outdoor seating available — where guests can gather inside or out to listen to music and enjoy 50% off house wines, draft beers and well cocktails from 11:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. and take advantage of Kapow’s special bar menu, where items start at just $4.
